This is a lively, genial and sometimes raunchy musical comedy which takes a good-natured swipe at virtue, vice and politics. It is a happy-go-lucky view of small-town vice and statewide political side-stepping.

The musical is based on a book by Larry L King and Peter Masterson, and the music and lyrics are by Carol Hall.
