The Biennale of Sydney is Australia's largest and most exciting international visual arts event.

Under the artistic direction of leading international curator, David Elliott, the 17th Biennale of Sydney will open to the public from 12 May – 1 August 2010. The 17th Biennale of Sydney will take place in venues and sites around Sydney Harbour, including: Cockatoo Island, Pier 2/3, Museum of Contemporary Art, Sydney Opera House, Royal Botanic Gardens and Artspace. During the exhibition, a program of tours, talks, film screenings and special events are held across the city, and most events are free!
