The Joondalup Community Arts Association is working in partnership with the City of Joondalup to program events and exhibitions at the first community art gallery in the northern metropolitan region.
Located in the heart of the Joondalup CBD, blend(er) will host a variety of independent and collective exhibitions in a wide variety of art forms throughout the year.
The blend(er) is available to any individual or group for art exhibitions or other agreed upon projects for a rental fee after a successful application is passed through the Joondalup Community Arts Association.
Gallery administration hours are currently 10am – 2pm Tue to Fri. Recommended opening hours for exhibitions (based on research from past exhibitions) are between 7pm - 9pm Wed-Sun, which may be varied on the hirer’s request.
The Joondalup Community Arts Association encourages projects of any creative form and nature to apply for hire of the venue. For example, but not limited to; group exhibitions, solo exhibitions, architectural projects, new and multi media works, photographic works, film, video and animation, fashion and design events, forums and workshops, multi-arts events, poetry readings, community events, traditional visual art forms and other creative extravaganzas!
