Groups are a great place to gather together with people who share your interests and passions. You can add a group through the bottom footer menu.

How do I make a profile for my organisation?

By setting up a profile for your organisation, you can promote yourself to a networked group of cultural omnivores on The Program. Once you’re done, link your events, add members as administrators, invite some fans and grow your community!

First of all, check to make sure your organisation isn’t already in the system. In the Home Page – at the bottom footer menu under Community – you can View All Organisations. If it’s not there – add your organisation and fill in your details and add your image.

How do I send messages to group members and fans?

You can send messages to your fans or group members via the Admin Options in the top right hand box. You must have Administrator’s access to your group or organisation in order to send messages.

How do I associate my event with my organisation or group?

Go to your event listing and edit your event (you must have Administrators’ access to edit events).

Go to the “Additional Info” tab and tick the “Add to Group Page” and/or “Add to Organisation Page” boxes. The event will now appear in your Group or Organisation Page.

You can invite members of your staff to become organisation members of your Organisation Profile.  These are different from your fans as organisation members can be given administrators access so they can edit profiles and add events.

You can invite members of your staff to become members of your Organisation Profile.  These are different from your fans as organisation members can be given administrators access so they can edit profiles and add events. To become an organisation member, click on ‘BECOME A MEMBER’ under the profile image. A message will then be sent to the Administrator of that Organisation profile for approval.

How do I give a member of my organisation Administrators’ access?

First, they will need to “BECOME A MEMBER” and be approved. Through the “Admin Options”, Administrators’ can select members to become ‘Administrators’ via the Administrators Tab (2).You will be able to see the members of your organisation your can give admin access to (3).

What is a Fan?

Fans are friends of your organisation who attend your shows and like what you do. We encourage you to invite your friends and networks and grow your fanbase and community on The Program. The Program allows you to send messages or special offers to your fans as well as connect to your Facebook, MySpace, Twitter and your other social networks.
